French Country Whole Wheat
Our hand made whole wheat and sourdough French Country bread contains the most sourdough of our loaves. The stone ground whole wheat and sourdough combine to give a true hearty country flavor profile. Available as a loaf or sliced.

Italian Rustic
A classic staple throughout Italy. This time honored bread is soft inside, crusty outside, and has a flavor profile that enables it to play well with so many options…especially butter. Available as a loaf or sliced.

Brioche Buns, Sliders and Brioche Rolls
Our Brioche is made with milk, butter, egg and a touch of sugar for a sublime flavor and super soft crumb. Ours is a time honored all natural recipe. No long list of ingredients like so many other “natural” brioche buns. The texture is unlike any other bun - the dough is allowed to rise and is never cooled or deflated. The result is a roll and bun that is soft, with just a touch of sweetness, making them ideal for sandwiches, burgers, a dinner roll, or just a simple delicious snack.
Ingredients: Unbleached white flour, whole milk, eggs, cane sugar, unsalted butter, yeast and salt. That’s it.
Challah Loaves
Our challah is as classic as it gets and is available in rolls and a braided loaves. The dough is enriched with eggs and safflower oil making it super soft, slightly sweet and difficult not to eat the whole loaf in one sitting.

Kaiser Rolls
Some will only have a sandwich on a Kaiser roll. The kaiser roll originated in Austria and was quickly adopted by bakers on the lower east side of New York during the early 1900s as Europeans migrated to America. It didn’t take long to become a staple in New York. We bring the real Kaiser hand made recipe to Vermont.
An interesting aside is that during World War I the Kaiser roll was boycotted; the stamp was eliminated and the name was changed to “hard roll”.

If Leonardo da Vinci ate biscotti, this is what he would have eaten. These biscotti are authentic and baked to stand up to the strongest cup of espresso - we say dunk it twice. Or if coffee is not for you, go for it straight up.
And a word about the crunch. Biscotti - developed in Tuscany, Italy in the 14th century - means “twice-baked”. It is the second bake that removes the moisture and giving it a serious crunch and giving it a long life. It became a sweet staple for seafarers like Christopher Columbus.
